Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and product development teams to design impactful product art that aligns with project objectives and client branding. Develop designs for 3D objects, including mockups and renderings, ensuring aesthetic appeal while meeting technical specifications Create and prepare production-ready artwork for 4-color process (CMYK) and spot color printing, ensuring color accuracy and consistency throughout the design and printing stages. Design compelling packaging and product graphics that effectively communicate the client’s message and enhance brand identity. Develop print-ready files following best practices for color separation, print setup, and high-resolution production standards. Manage iterative design updates based on client feedback and quality control requirements while adhering to tight deadlines. Work with external vendors, such as press operators and manufacturers, to troubleshoot issues and ensure flawless execution of product designs. Stay up to date with industry trends in 3D design, graphic production, and printing technology to continue delivering innovative designs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline OR equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on product art, packaging, or brand identity. Proven proficiency in designing for 3D objects, with experience in tools like Adobe Dimension, Blender, or similar. Expertise in 4-color process (CMYK) and spot color printing techniques, including the ability to manage color separations and ensure print accuracy. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with bonus points for knowledge in 3D rendering and design tools. Comprehensive knowledge of print production workflows, including offset and digital printing processes. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
