Now hiring an experienced Chilled Water Plant Supervisor for a large industrial/commercial campus operation. This role will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and staff supervision for multiple chilled water systems across a multi-building site.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise plant operations, equipment, and team performance Manage chilled water production and distribution to meet demand Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance Track system performance, energy use, and recommend improvements Support utility systems operations as needed
Qualifications: *Previous experience in site management, specifically with chilled water layouts/sytems is a must for this role.* 5+ years of experience with commercial chilled water systems/supervisory/leadership role High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred CMMS software experience (Maximo, SAP, or similar) EPA refrigerant handling certification OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain) Valid NYS driver’s license
Work Environment: Industrial plant setting, both indoors and outdoors, including rooftops, mechanical spaces, and variable weather conditions.
