Flexible Needed Pay Rate:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Interviews: 1st interview will be 15-20 min phone screen 2nd interview will be onsite for 45 minutes

Role Responsibilities: Responsible for all maintenance inventory including spare parts inventory, production supplies and office supplies. Picking up and organizing parts. Walking and restocking weekly supply cabinets. Tidying and maintaining storeroom areas. Light cleaning duties in the storeroom. Keeping a record of all the maintenance and service activities which have been conducted in a facility. Filling order forms and other documentations for the purchase of spare parts for machinery. Assisting with basic paperwork and data entry. Supporting simple spreadsheet tasks (a plus but not required). Complying with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration rules (OSHA) while working. Efficiently managing time, meeting deadlines, and completing all tasks assigned by the supervising authority. Coordinating work functions with fellow workers and other departments of the organization. Abides by all safety, GMP and company policies. Knowledge in bearings, motors, electrical parts, and other maintenance parts in manufacturing facility. Maintain positive relationship with vendors. Forklift operation (preferred but not required). Ability to create spreadsheets on parts inventory.

Role Requirements: High school degree, diploma, or a GED equivalent qualification from a certified college preferred. Minimum 1–2-years' work in manufacturing, parts role or maintenance. Someone who has worked in an auto parts store would be an ideal candidate. Previous experience at auto parts, plumbing supply, electrical etc. would work well in this role. Experience in computerized maintenance software (PMC) desirable. Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments. Aptitude to take orders and execute the same efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate with an enthusiastic and professional manner. Routinely demonstrates and creates a cooperative and positive work culture. Self-motivated with a strong desire for task completion and follow-up. Basic understanding of facility maintenance and operational needs is an advantage. Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Push, pull, and stand for long periods of time.
