Responsibilities: Support attorneys in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory materials. Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, discovery materials, and related documentation. Draft and review legal correspondence, contracts, and other client-related documents. Manage all aspects of document production, including coordinating e-discovery efforts. Prepare deposition summaries and assist with witness interviews and preparation. Schedule and coordinate hearings, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings. Assist with trial preparation, including assembling trial binders, exhibits, and courtroom logistics. Stay current on relevant legal developments, court rules, and procedural changes. Requirements: 5–8 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department. In-depth understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology. Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case/document management systems. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with electronic filing systems (e-filing) and court document submission procedures.
