Global IT & Digital Procurement Role Summary The IT Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing and procurement activities related to
software, hardware, and automation technologies . This role is critical to ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and scalable IT solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Software Procurement Lead negotiations and contract management for enterprise software, SaaS, and cloud services. Ensure compliance with licensing models and optimize renewal cycles. Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Finance to manage risk and budget alignment. Hardware Procurement Manage sourcing of IT infrastructure including servers, laptops, and networking equipment. Standardize hardware procurement processes across regions. Oversee asset lifecycle and vendor performance. Automation & Digital Tools Support procurement of automation platforms, AI tools, and digital transformation technologies. Evaluate suppliers based on innovation, scalability, and integration capabilities. Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management Conduct RFPs/RFIs and lead vendor selection processes. Monitor supplier performance and ensure SLA compliance. Identify cost-saving opportunities and report on procurement KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT procurement, ideally in a global organization. Strong understanding of software licensing, cloud procurement, and IT hardware. Experience with ERP and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa). Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with automation and digital technologies is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary Range:
