Position Overview

We are seeking a bold, data-driven leader the charge in scaling our customer base, optimizing conversion and retention, and unlocking the next stage of monetization across hardware and software.

This executive will oversee user acquisition, lifecycle marketing, ecommerce, pricing strategy, and customer monetization. You’ll lead a team focused on full-funnel performance—from the first click through to paid subscriber retention—and serve as a central driver of our business growth. You are not just a marketer—you’re a revenue owner and builder with the instincts of a product manager, the analytical rigor of a growth scientist, and the energy of a startup founder.

Key Responsibilities

Growth and Revenue Strategy Define and own the integrated growth strategy to scale user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and LTV. Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, affiliate, influencer, SEO, and emerging channels. Develop and execute pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies to drive subscription and ecommerce revenue. Oversee DTC storefront strategy, funnel design, and conversion rate optimization across platforms.

Lifecycle & Retention Build and scale a full-stack lifecycle marketing function (email, push, SMS, in-app) focused on engagement, onboarding, and retention. Design customer segmentation, cohort strategies, and personalized journeys to improve LTV and reduce churn.

Analytics & Experimentation Drive a culture of rapid experimentation—test and iterate on growth levers, from landing pages to monetization models. Define and own growth KPIs across CAC, LTV, retention, ARPU, and conversion. Partner with Data and Product to build dashboards, reporting systems, and attribution frameworks.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Recruit, develop, and inspire a world-class growth team spanning performance marketing, lifecycle, growth ops, and ecommerce. Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to align roadmaps and execute high-impact initiatives. Manage external agencies and partners as needed to augment internal capabilities.

What You Bring

10+ years of experience in high-growth DTC, consumer SaaS, or mobile product businesses. 5+ years in a growth or revenue leadership role, with demonstrated success scaling revenue and subscriber bases significantly with small teams. Deep expertise in paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, programmatic, affiliate) and lifecycle tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo). Track record of optimizing ecommerce and subscription funnels—from homepage to checkout to retention. Track record of building sales via Amazon. Strong command of marketing analytics, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing methodologies. Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable, high-leverage strategies. Comfortable with data tools (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Looker, etc.) or working closely with technical counterparts. High-ownership, builder mentality. Scrappy, fast-moving, and decisive. Experience in international markets, mobile-first growth, or consumer IoT is a plus. Strong golf passion and understanding of the game.
