We are seeking a highly motivated QC Scientist to perform routine and non-routine biochemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, environmental/water samples, finished products, and stability samples in a regulated laboratory environment. The successful candidate will apply cGMP practices, work independently with moderate supervision, and support the Quality Control function through data analysis, documentation, and project support. Key Responsibilitie s: Perform biochemical assays including SDS-PAGE, HPLC, CE-SDS, ELISA, and cell-based bioassays to support product release and stability testing. Conduct routine QC activities such as sample coordination, lab equipment monitoring and maintenance, inventory control, and document management. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all activities. Review and analyze assay data, compile test results, and prepare reports and graphs for documentation. Author and review QC-related documents, including SOPs and assay procedures. Lead or participate in special projects such as method validation, investigations, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Collaborate effectively with team members and provide regular updates to supervisors on progress and findings. Qualifications: BS in Biology, Biochemistry, or related science with 3–5 years of relevant industry experience, or MS with 1–3 years of experience. Solid knowledge of cGMP regulations and QC principles. Strong technical experience in biochemical testing techniques and laboratory instrumentation. Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
