Supply Chain Supervisor
to lead a cross-functional team supporting sourcing, contract control, and materials planning at a major copper mining operation. This role is critical to operational continuity, supplier performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Supervise Contract Controls and Materials Planning Specialists Oversee sourcing activities and supplier coordination Manage workloads related to inventory, procurement, and service requests Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and company policies Lead special projects and promote safety standards
Qualifications 5–7+ years of supply chain or mining experience, with team leadership Background in procurement, contract management, or materials planning Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and strong analytical skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
Work Environment & Benefits On-site role at a long-standing copper mining facility $750 monthly housing allowance (eligibility required) Competitive salary:
$82K–$105K base
