What You’ll Be Doing Prototype to Production : Collaborate with engineering and industrialization teams to develop prototype build processes and scale them into repeatable, production-level operations. Process Design & Optimization : Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of assembly processes for engines, generators, and electric motor components. Lean Manufacturing : Champion lean initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality across the production floor. Tooling & Automation : Design tooling, jigs, fixtures, and contribute to the implementation of automation into key manufacturing processes. Technical Guidance : Act as the subject matter expert for assembly processes and provide hands-on support to production teams. Cross-Functional Leadership : Drive initiatives with cross-disciplinary teams including design, supply chain, and operations to ensure manufacturability, quality, and scalability

What We’re Looking For 7+ years

of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, ideally within powertrain, engine, generator, or electric motor assembly Bachelor’s degree in

Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering

(Master’s or MBA a plus) Experience scaling

prototype operations into production

environments Strong background in

lean manufacturing ,

Kaizen ,

DOE ,

FMEA , and

root cause analysis Proficiency with

CAD tools

(NX preferred),

GD&T , and design for manufacturability Experience designing and specifying

production tooling, jigs, fixtures Knowledge of

MES ,

aerospace or automotive manufacturing standards

(AS9100, ISO9001, QS9000) Bonus: Familiarity with

additive manufacturing

and advanced automation systems
