Main Responsibilities Ensure global trading platform line readiness during both pre-trading and post-trading hours Provide first-line trade flow support to traders Monitor and support end-to-end transaction flow across the trading platform Rapidly identify, analyze, and resolve alerts and issues; escalate where necessary to minimize trade flow disruption and prevent outages Manage incidents by creating and distributing reports in line with established procedures Maintain close communication with traders, back-office, brokers, exchanges, developers, and infrastructure teams Support scheduled application deployments, network changes, and server maintenance activities Oversee and support automated processes across the trading environment Manage user requests: track, approve, update, and resolve tickets through to closure Identify inefficiencies in manual workflows or tools and collaborate with internal/external teams to automate and improve them

Qualifications Extensive experience in trade flow or application support on an electronic trading desk, ideally in equities, commodities, FX, futures, or Delta One Proficiency in Linux OS Strong technical scripting skills in Python, Perl, or Bash Deep practical knowledge of the FIX protocol; familiarity with native exchange protocols is a plus Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, multicast), diagnostic tools (tcpdump), and time sync protocols (PTP, NTP) preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
