A well-respected business litigation firm in Boca Raton is seeking a skilled
Litigating Attorney
with 3-7 years of experience in complex commercial disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident litigator looking to join a high-performing team that handles a range of business torts, contract disputes, shareholder litigation, and real estate-related litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from case strategy and pleadings to discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial. Draft, review, and argue motions including MSJ, MTD, and evidentiary motions. Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses. Handle court appearances at hearings, mediations, and trials. Manage and oversee discovery, including drafting and responding to RFPs, RFAs, and interrogatories. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Maintain case deadlines and collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely filings and effective case preparation. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar (active and in good standing). 3-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in a business or commercial litigation setting. Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Proven ability to manage cases independently and handle courtroom appearances. Experience with state and federal court rules and procedures in Florida. Preferred: Trial experience or strong desire to gain courtroom/trial exposure. Familiarity with legal practice management tools (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther, Westlaw). Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
$100,000 - $120,000 DOE
