Retirement Plan Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled
Retirement Plan Analyst
to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Reconcile bi-weekly payroll and wage files to ensure accurate contributions and loan payments to the 401(k) plan
Serve as a liaison between departments including legal, payroll, and HR to support plan administration
Track and process 401(k) election changes, loan payments, and new hire onboarding in coordination with payroll and HR
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience, including at least 1 year handling 401(k), stock, or treasury responsibilities
Strong Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and data manipulation
High attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion when working with sensitive data
