The Business Analyst Project Manager is responsible for: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executing multiple software projects developing milestones, timelines, targets, technical documentation, test cases. managing key stakeholders, including legal, compliance, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, teams of developers and designers, and senior management Developing process flows, obtaining approvals, coordinating implementation with overseas development teams, conducting tests with US stakeholders, and managing sign off Ensuring the successful completion of all software projects and overseeing those performing the work on the project Managing hand offs and postproduction support. Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations Discussing potential projects and their parameters with executives and software developers Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures, and information security and control structures Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes Prepare project documentation Prepare progress reports
Job Skills Experience with programming, full stack development, Power BI, Azure infrastructure, and SQL databases Experience with project planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder management Experience in the successful delivery of data analytics projects with a proven record of delivery in unstructured environment Knowledge and working experience with project management tools Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams Great social skills Result-oriented mindset Strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail Proficient in Excel, PivotTables, and VBA
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field 4+ years of professional experience that demonstrates success in above mentioned responsibilities Ability to work with overseas developers, stakeholders across US, and across different time zones
