Position Overview:

MakarttPro is seeking a dynamic, results-driven eCommerce Specialist to manage our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) website and TikTok Shop presence. You will be responsible for optimizing online sales, enhancing customer experience, and managing day-to-day operations to drive revenue growth across these platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the MakarttPro DTC eCommerce website (Shopify Advanced), ensuring product listings, promotions, and content are up-to-date, accurate, and engaging. Oversee and grow MakarttPro’s presence on TikTok Shop, including product uploads, livestream sales events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. Analyze sales performance data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements. Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content and promotional materials tailored specifically for DTC and TikTok audiences. Ensure exceptional customer service and user experience by monitoring customer feedback, managing reviews, and addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively. Collaborate closely with supply chain and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid out-of-stock scenarios. Implement SEO best practices and coordinate with advertising specialists to drive traffic and conversions on both platforms. Generate regular sales and performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience managing an eCommerce store, preferably Shopify. Proven experience with TikTok Shop management or similar social commerce platforms highly preferred. Familiarity with professional beauty or nail industry is a plus. Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, TikTok Analytics). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
