Our manufacturing client is seeking a
Human Resources Manager
to join their
Faribault, MN
team. In office position; local candidates only.
The
Human Resources Manager
will oversee a 100 person plant and have one direct report. Previous HR management experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
Responsibilities: The
Human Resources Manager
will be responsible for: Providing employee relations support, including overseeing conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures implementation, improvement plans development, and harassment claims investigation Handling employee communications and meetings coordination Interacting with employees at all levels and responding to employee concerns Performing evaluation of plant training needs and developing and delivering training Managing full cycle talent acquisitions activities (screening, interviewing, sourcing, onboarding) Leading administration of HRIS, including payroll issues, attendance, etc.
Skills/ Competencies: The ideal
Human Resources Manager
will possess these skills: Bachelor’s degree; professional certification preferred 5+ years of human resources management experience, including some within a manufacturing environment Through knowledge of federal, state and local employment regulations/laws IBM1/AS400 experience a plus Excellent project management abilities Strong relationship management and communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in a team oriented environment Microsoft Office proficiency
Additional Details: Salary: To $100k + bonus Employment Type: Direct Hire
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
