A fast-growing clinical-stage biotech seeking a
Director or Sr. Director of People
to lead global HR strategy and operations, with a focus on scaling teams in the US and Europe. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role supporting performance, compensation, culture, and compliance during a pivotal growth phase.
Key Responsibilities: Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning Oversee compensation strategy, bonus/equity programs, and benchmarking Drive engagement, culture, and retention across a mission-driven team Manage HR operations, benefits, compliance, and immigration Support international expansion, especially across European markets Partner closely with leadership on org design and change management
Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive HR experience; biotech/life sciences preferred Strong track record in compensation, talent development & HR operations Experience supporting global teams; EU HR expertise strongly preferred Strategic mindset with ability to execute hands-on
