AV Technician Intern
to join our team in San Francisco. This is a
6-month contract position
designed for hands-on learning and development, with a clear path to a
permanent full-time opportunity
based on performance and team fit. Key Responsibilities: Assist with setup, operation, and teardown of AV equipment for meetings, events, and presentations Provide day-to-day support for conference rooms, video conferencing tools, and digital signage Troubleshoot and resolve basic AV, networking, and connectivity issues Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for scheduled AV activities Maintain inventory and ensure AV equipment is well-maintained and stored properly Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles Support hybrid meeting technologies (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.) Requirements: Basic understanding of AV systems, including projectors, microphones, speakers, and control panels Familiarity with conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams) Strong customer service and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment Availability to work onsite in San Francisco Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Nice to Have: Education or certification in AV, IT, or related technical field Interest in pursuing a career in AV/IT support Experience in corporate AV or live event environments Why Join Us?
