Responsibilities Perform quality inspections of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical work on-site. Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance. Document and report inspection findings with photos and notes. Upload QA/QC reports and photos to project platforms (e.g., Unifier, Procore, or similar). Track and close out punch list items and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to address quality issues.
Qualifications Experience working on 2–3 projects in utility-scale solar, energy storage systems, or substations Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Quality Control processes and procedures Ability to interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications Basic understanding of mechanical systems, AC/DC electrical principles, cable terminations, and testing/inspection tools Familiarity with root cause analysis and standard problem-solving methodologies
