Manager of FP&A Job Summary The Manager of FP&A is a key member of the DRT finance organization and will provide analytical support to the executive team and BU leadership. The Manager of FP&A will provide analytical insights to drive data-driven decision-making, accurate forecasts, and strategic business plans. The role will have responsibility for developing and updating 13-week and long-term cash forecasts. This position will oversee the consolidation of BU and corporate P&L/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow forecasting. The Manager of FP&A is expected to develop strong relationships with the Executive team and BU leadership and provide proactive financial insights to improve the profitability of the Company. Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes Create 13-week and long-term cash flow forecasts and consolidate BU and corporate outlooks to ensure accurate liquidity planning Responsible for Board/Lender covenant reporting and liquidity analytics Monitor the month end close cycle including analytical review of plant performance, variances to forecast/budget and financial statements Perform actual to budget/forecast analyses to explain variances and provide solutions for misses to expectations Lead monthly management reporting and re-forecasting process Work with business units on development of SIOP process Forecasting and analysis of corporate overhead expenses Monthly BOD presentation support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives. Develop and implement analytical support tools for operations and commercial to drive business performance optimization Proactive communications on observations related to macroeconomic/business trends including the ability to take the initiative to drive change Partner with the CFO to implement strategic Finance initiatives Focus on continuous improvement initiatives with a constant eye on efficiency and productivity opportunities All other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. Time management skills and attention to detail while prioritizing multiple activities and deadlines. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative team that is responsive and results-oriented Connect and build strong relationships with others, demonstrates emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate clearly, collaboratively, and persuasively 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience Experience supporting manufacturing organization required Data and process driven Strong analytical skills Experience in developing, setting, and managing Standard Costing at the machine cell level Experience with cube-based reporting systems required (e.g., HFM/Essbase)
