Our client seeks a Field Service Engineer to support service and repair of thermal cooling systems. This customer-facing role involves in-person and phone-based troubleshooting, equipment return coordination, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities: Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for customers and third-party service providers Maintain detailed service records and manage RMA processes Offer after-hours tech support on a rotational basis Contribute feedback to design, quality, and manufacturing teams Maintain technical documentation Requirements: Trade School Certification in HVAC/R or Electronic Technology EPA Universal Certification 5+ years field service experience; 3+ years customer/project interface Strong mechanical/electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) and liquid cooling technologies Understanding of customer specs to drive tailored solutions Familiarity with PLCs and interfacing (RS485, Ethernet) Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to multi-task Preferred: Bachelor’s in Engineering or related technical field Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally across North America
