Senior Video Coding Engineer

and work alongside top-tier researchers advancing the state of the art in video coding, adaptive streaming, and AI-driven video processing.

As part of our collaborative R&D team, you’ll help architect and optimize next-generation video streaming and playback systems, leveraging protocols like DASH, HLS, and WebRTC, while integrating the latest in AI and machine learning for video enhancement.

What You'll Do: Design and implement real-time and on-demand video streaming solutions (DASH, HLS, WebRTC) Develop and optimize codecs including VVC, HEVC, and AVC Implement AI-powered algorithms for video processing, analysis, and enhancement Manage a Linux-based compute cluster for distributed video processing tasks Author technical reports and contribute to cross-functional innovation initiatives

What We’re Looking For: Strong programming skills in C++, C, and Python Solid foundation in digital image and video processing Experience with video streaming protocols and encoding/decoding technologies Hands-on experience with Linux (CentOS preferred) Experience managing compute clusters and writing job automation scripts MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (BS acceptable)

Bonus Points For: Prior experience in industry-grade video streaming development Knowledge of cloud computing, containerization, and video quality assessment Strong mathematical/statistical background AI integration for video enhancement
