This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Role and responsibilities Serve as the product owner of computational lithography software tools from requirement analysis, system design, qualification, to customer adoption. Work closely with customers to understand their environment and needs. Customize our products to fit to different customers’ production lines, ensuring customer trust and satisfaction during the product life cycle. Push engineering limits to meet customer requirements. Plot technical paths and raise innovative and holistic approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new lithography products. Lead high efficient project execution. Design and integrate complex systems to deliver end-to-end solutions for customer problems. Lead cross-product technical support and troubleshooting for lithography products. Foresee risks and emerging needs, evaluate new technologies for potential integration into our products. Optimize product development process, improve document templates, and design new methodologies and testing procedures to enhance team efficiency and engagement. Transfer customer, industry and product knowledge to team members. Coach work methodologies and role model of product owners.

Education and experience Bachelor’s or higher degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field. Strong understanding of computational lithography principles and semiconductor manufacturing processes. Knowledge in optical physics, image/signal processing, deep learning, computer architects and optimization, experiences in scanner optics, semiconductor integration, in-line metrology and overlay are preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in computational lithography areas. Currently in senior positions in leading-edge logic or memory chip manufacturers or RET/OPC software industry. (OR minimum of 3 year of experience in machine learning applications. Have experience in developing real machine learning products. ) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Swift scripting skills in Python and LUA are preferred. Experience in system design and integration to deliver comprehensive solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to convey complex technical concepts through effective storytelling. Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team towards achieving project goals. Business vision to align technical solutions with market needs and drive innovation.

Role within Office Responsibilities Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. The California base annual salary / hourly range for this role is currently $200,000 - $320,000 Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
