Job Summary: • Our client who is a leader in the construction industry is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team. This role involves managing contracts throughout their life-cycle. From inception to compliance and ensuring alignment with both company policies and legal standards. The Contract Administrator is responsible for reviewing contractual documents to ensure compliance with company policies, departmental specifications, and master agreements. The ideal candidate has previous experience managing contracts, identifying high risk contract language, and is familiar with legal requirements.

Job Duties: • Coordinates the daily administration of contracts and subcontracts with the project team • Collaborate with senior management to structure contracts effectively • Track all contracts from receipt to full execution and facilitate business and legal approvals; proactively follow up with approvers during contract life cycle. Ensure contracts are submitted through the correct workflow. • Review of contracts for compliance with company policy, legal requirements and regulations identifying and mitigating any risks associated with contracts. • Analyze contracts and review/redline contractual documents, terms, and conditions. • Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate team members regarding contract status • Assist with contract negotiations, as appropriate • Generate and maintain contract compliance documents throughout the life-cycle of each contract (to include all contract correspondence, amendments, payment schedules, insurance requirements)
