Our team consists of reality capture technicians & BIM Operators throughout the nation helping AEC teams attain reliable onsite existing conditions to expedite their design/construction process. Our mission is to make reality data accessible and practical for architects, engineers and construction firms.

About the Role We are looking to add a talented BIM Specialist to support our team in Philadelphia, PA. The primary responsibility of this position is to use Autodesk Softwares (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D Etc.) to prepare 2D drawings and 3D models from 3D reality point clouds and meshes. As a BIM Specialist you will be responsible for analyzing scopes of work, reviewing/developing deliverables, and adhering to client standards. This opportunity requires the ability to manage their time effectively across multiple projects, maintain quality control, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Review Revit models and compare them against point cloud data to verify geometric accuracy. Conduct element-level checks (e.g., naming, conventions, Level of Detail/Scope of Work, annotations, baseline modeling methods) in accordance with internal standards and client scope. Identify inconsistencies and compile comprehensive QA checklists or markups for the modeling team. Maintain internal documentation of issues, revisions, and version control. Assist in testing updates to internal QA tools, scripts, or plugins. Support data organization for audits and file structure validation. Support BIM Managers & Senior BIM Managers in evolving QA/QC workflows, building foundational skills toward more advanced reviews. Support BIM Managers on standards, workflows, and potential automations.

Qualifications Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD experience (minimum 1-2 years) Modeling from Point Cloud experience (Highly Preferred) Ability to create and modify Revit families and templates Model coordination within 3D Softwares (Revit, Recap, and many others) Ability to prioritize detail in a fast-paced work environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn point cloud software and workflows Proven ability to maintain confidentiality

Required Skills Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural construction documents Understanding of client needs and expectations Ability to use knowledge from softwares to navigate softwares that are more foreign to your day to day Self-starter - able and willing to work independently as well as in a team environment Time Management - Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals Uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others
