Inventory Control Manager
to oversee inventory accuracy and support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This critical role ensures that inventory levels align with production and fulfillment needs while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a collaborative team setting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain inventory accuracy across all storage locations and systems Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits, ensuring discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure inventory availability aligns with operational demand Update and maintain inventory data using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Generate and analyze inventory reports to guide business decisions and improve efficiency Support inventory planning activities to reduce stockouts and minimize excess inventory Assist in developing and implementing process improvements related to inventory control and warehouse organization Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in inventory control or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis Excellent organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
