Qualifications/Skills: Paralegal Certified Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote Detail-oriented with strong time management skills Ability to consistently maintain digital records and physical files to ensure quality reporting and metrics. Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative setting

Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Contract Setup and Management: Verify and approve Job Number requests prior to entry in systems of record and verify when complete. Ensure Notices of Contract, Appt. of Lien/Notice to Lien Agents, etc. are filed on new projects with assistance from Project Assistant. Establish and maintain JV contract files and update spreadsheet. Coordinate with Accounting to verify JV company setup. Establish and maintain Owner Contract files and update spreadsheet Create Owner Contracts and associated documents. Coordinate with Operations and Accounting to ensure contract rates are established and maintained during the project (i.e., bond, insurance, labor rates) - Accounting Checklist Process Bond requests and properly code bond invoices per contract (direct or indirect) Maintain Master Service Agreement files and update spreadsheet Maintain legal documents, i.e. Process Builders Risk invoices.

Contract Support: Monitor contract files to ensure compliance with company standards. Monitor Owner Contract values and process bond riders as necessary. Maintain Owner Contract Checklist with input from executive leadership. Process starts job requests in CMiC (lock budget) after verifying contract requirements are in place.
