Our client, a trusted leader in nutritional supplements and consumer health is looking for a
Temp-to-Hire, Packaging Production Designer
to bring their packaging to life across multiple brands. You'll work with a hands-on creative team that keeps things fresh, whether it's for customers or internal projects. Experience in retail packaging, CPG, POP, or in-store display design? Even better.
As a Packaging Production Designer, you will: Prepare accurate, print-ready packaging files using approved brand and compliance standards Translate formulation changes and brand updates into clean, FDA-compliant label designs Support multiple brand lines and SKUs with packaging updates and production art Manage project timelines using internal workflow tools, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and quality control Ensure all designs meet printing specs and production requirements Maintain consistent file naming and version control throughout the design lifecycle
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in product packaging design and production (CPG, pharma, or supplement preferred) A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field Bonus: Experience with POP, in-store, or display design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) Excellent skills in print packaging production Strong working knowledge of packaging file prep and print production processes Familiarity with FDA labeling compliance is a major plus Mac-based workflow experience Comfortable managing multiple projects in a high-volume setting Organized, adaptable, and collaborative with strong communication skills
This is a100% onsite position based in the East Valley (Mesa, Tempe) area of Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Remote work is not an option for this opportunity.
Pay Rate: $28 - $32/hr DOE. Full-time Salary: $60K - $70K
