Engineering and Maintenance Manager , reporting to the Site Operation Director. You will oversee all plant engineering and maintenance services at our Cincinnati, Ohio manufacturing facility. The role involves implementing necessary changes to support organizational strategies, and capital improvements for utilities, manufacturing processes, and equipment. This role is based in Cincinnati, OH. In this exciting role, you will: Achieve operational efficiency:
Direct maintenance activities, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and spare parts management, to safely achieve manufacturing equipment efficiencies. Manage procedures and equipment changes for maintenance effectiveness, predictive maintenance, EHS compliance, and building codes. Ensure site productivity: Oversee facilities services supporting operations. Supervise project engineering for facility capital projects: evaluate needs, assess options, define costs, prepare plans, and implement projects to improve costs, efficiency, yields, and quality. Manage third-party service contracts: develop requirements, qualify vendors, monitor services. Develop your skills: Manage engineering/maintenance teams, fostering a service-minded culture in a food and beverage environment. Gain experience managing large manufacturing projects, operating expenses, capital budgets, and work order/preventive maintenance programs.
