Under the direction of the Supervisor Steward, the Inventory Control Stock is responsible for accurate and efficient inventory control of all food and beverage products that supply the Food & Beverage (F&B) Department. Maintains and stocks all F&B related inventory at various locations and venues within the Enterprise. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manages the delivery of Food & Beverage products from vendors for all venues, maintaining accurate daily inventory levels. Monitors received products to ensure quantities and quality meet standards. Submits all required paperwork to Accounting and performs daily transfers. Ensures items are received, rotated, stored, and issued according to FIFO standards. Recommends changes to par levels based on inventory usage to ensure adequate supply while minimizing waste. Performs monthly physical inventory. Properly dates and labels products during receiving. Delivers products to internal and external customers as required, obtaining signatures for documentation. Reports safety violations or property damage. Reviews catering/banquet event forms and menus with chefs. Ensures requisitions are completed for food specials. Receives requests for artists and entertainment. Reports issues and communicates concerns with Purchasing or Culinary management. Restocks inventory at venues as needed. Prepares and organizes all food and beverage storage areas. Receives and distributes linen, and collects soiled linen from venues. Ensures offsite product deliveries are executed properly. Manages keys for off-site deliveries. Performs other duties as assigned to support department operations. Educational, Experience, and Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of six months experience in storeroom/inventory control required. Must be at least 21 years old. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word required. Experience with Eatec software preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to perform basic mathematical operations. Ability to provide friendly and efficient service, communicate effectively, work under pressure. Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations

May need to obtain gaming license as per Tribal Gaming Commission. Must obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Card. Driving responsibilities depend on the role; role may have no driving requirements. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

The work environment is primarily in a climate-controlled casino and resort setting. May require travel, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, operate a computer, and perform physical activities like balancing, stooping, and reaching. Hearing, speech, and visual acuity requirements are specified.
