Desmond, Rand & Guerard, P.A. is a mid sized law firm with offices in Westbrook and Wells, Maine. Our practice areas include business, real estate, trusts & estates, probate, and workers compensation. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Associate at Desmond, Rand & Guerard, P.A. The position can be based in our Westbrook or Wells office, but some work from home is acceptable. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting motions, managing depositions, and representing clients in court. Day-to-day tasks include preparing legal documents, analyzing case law, collaborating with other legal professionals, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
