Job Title
IT Systems Administrator Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality Provide technical assistance and support to end-users Maintain accurate records and documentation for all supported systems and devices Implement security measures to safeguard against cyber threats and data breaches Collaborate with other IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues Troubleshoot problems across multiple platforms (Windows/Linux) and technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange) Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services like Office 365 and Azure Knowledge of network protocols and technologies TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
