We're excited to present a dependable and fulfilling opportunity for seasoned CDL-A drivers located near Duncan who value consistent home time and reliable freight. Enjoy weekly 34-hour resets, manageable regional routes, and 100% no-touch freight — all while operating top-notch equipment and earning a steady paycheck.

Position Highlights:

Home Time: Weekly 34-hour resets

Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 1,800 miles (subject to HOS and availability)

Average Weekly Pay: $1,000–$1,100 gross

Freight Type: 100% no-touch (50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload)

Equipment & Support:

Drive late-model Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths (2021 or newer)

24/7 access to operations support, any time of day or night

Vacation Package:

1 year = 1 week

3 years = 2 weeks

7 years = 3 weeks

15 years = 4 weeks

Additional Pay & Bonuses:

Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours

Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day

Performance Bonus: Up to +3 CPM for safety, mileage, and productivity

(starts the month after hire; must be active at payout)

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL

Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience (regional or OTR preferred)

Clean driving record with no major violations or preventable accidents in the past 12 months

At least 21 years of age

Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening

Strong communication and trip planning skills

Committed to DOT regulations and safe operation
