United Wholesale Mortgage
The Servicing Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently managing time-sensitive tasks and expertly performing data entry with strong attention to detail. They will input new servicing matters into internal records, communicate with servicing companies using their case management systems, and handle confidential documents by reviewing, scanning, tracking, and submitting them to various servicers. This role also involves drafting business communication, preparing reports, and performing various tasks as assigned by leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Communicating with Servicing companies: Utilizing various servicers’ case management systems to track and manage servicing issues
Record Keeping: Inputting new servicing matters into an internal record-keeping system daily, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible
Timely Task Management: Efficiently responding to all time-sensitive tasks, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
Data Entry: Performing data entry tasks with expert attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and completeness in all records
Document Handling: Reviewing, scanning, tracking, and submitting confidential servicing documents to various servicers while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times
Drafting Communications: Drafting business communications, including emails, letters, and other correspondence, as required
Report Preparation: Preparing comprehensive reports for leadership as needed, providing insights and updates on servicing matters
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist in various capacities
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Must-Have Qualifications:
An interest in learning legal and mortgage lending terminology and procedures
Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
The ability to learn new software programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels across the organization
The ability to work independently
Must be detail-oriented
Actively seek coaching and feedback
Nice To Have Qualifications:
Experience in a mortgage-related role, preferably in Servicing
Previous administrative experience
