We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital programs across paid media, SEO, website, email, and social. This role owns campaign execution from start to finish-building pipeline, improving conversion rates, and scaling what works. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and content to drive integrated campaigns and report clearly on performance.
What are the Responsibilities?
Social Media & Content Marketing
Build and manage a content calendar aligned to marketing campaigns and product releases Create and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter Develop basic graphics and video clips using tools like Canva Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals before publishing Website & Knowledge Hub Management
Maintain and update the company website and Knowledge Library (WordPress), including landing pages, product announcements, videos, and blog content Embed media, optimize for SEO, and ensure clean navigation and accurate links Collaborate with the web development agency or internal resources on technical updates as needed Video & Podcast Coordination
Edit, caption, and publish podcast episodes and video content Create promotional assets and distribute across web, social, and email channels Manage guest communications and content approvals Email Marketing & Campaign Support
Build and send marketing emails using HubSpot Clone and customize email templates for product announcements, events, and content launches Track campaign performance and optimize content accordingly Webinars & Virtual Events
Coordinate logistics and promotion of webinars, including registration pages, reminder emails, and landing pages Manage cross-platform workflows between Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, and WordPress Customer Enablement Content
Support video and documentation updates in the customer Knowledge Library Manage training certificate distribution and access workflows Ensure customers have timely access to new resources and releases What Do you Need?
5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Clipchamp, Loom, or similar) Excellent project management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders with ease
