What you'll do:
Ensure the safety of the facility by following company policies and procedures, such as conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations.
Provide exemplary member service by recognizing member needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and guiding members through self-service technology.
Process transactions efficiently, assisting with payments and maintaining standards of ethics and integrity.
Work collaboratively with team members to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and adapt to changes and challenges while identifying improvement opportunities.
