Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and implementation of HFT infrastructure, including market data handling, signal integration, and execution systems. Optimize system performance end-to-end, from hardware to network to software. Collaborate closely with traders and quantitative researchers to align platform capabilities with trading strategy requirements. Ensure production stability, with a focus on latency, throughput, and reliability in live environments. Provide technical direction and mentorship to a high-performing engineering team.
Requirements: Deep expertise in C++, with supporting experience in Python. Proven experience designing and maintaining high-frequency trading systems. Strong knowledge of exchange protocols, market microstructure, and low-latency system design. Track record of system-level and network-level performance tuning. Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and work effectively with cross-functional trading teams.
