Expectations & Responsibilities
Full ownership of end-to-end feature development across front-end and back-end Deep involvement in UI build-out with Angular as a primary front-end tool Expected to be hands-on and proactive not just executing, but also challenging designs and suggesting improvements Work in an Agile environment with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset Exhibit leadership qualities and strong understanding of why and how decisions are made Ability to think beyond code aligning development with business goals and user experience
Technical Skills Required
.NET 6 or later (currently using .NET 8) SQL Server strong backend/data layer understanding Web API RESTful service development Authentication mechanisms OAuth, JWT, etc. Angular 16 or higher (currently on Angular 18)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills Comfortable taking ownership of features/modules Able to challenge requirements constructively and contribute to architectural discussions Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, and Engineering teams
