Tow Truck Driver

Responsibilities: - Drive a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations - Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment - Perform basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed - Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and ensuring their safety - Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck - Handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy Experience: - Three years of previous experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role is mandatory - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems - Ability to operate a forklift for loading and unloading vehicles - Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair techniques - Excellent customer service skills to interact with stranded motorists in a professional manner Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
