This role is essential to incorporating product strategy into a narrative to help leaders understand how Copilot can impact their business.
nThe Microsoft 365 Copilot Product Marketing team is seeking a Sr Product Marketing Manager, Compete Enablement (AI Business Solutions), who loves to collaborate and influence across disciplines, digest a variety of inputs to a concise summary, and synthesize complex ideas into clear actions for the audience. This role is a highly visible opportunity to impact and contribute to the Copilot business at all levels. We are looking for a marketer who enjoys being at the forefront of showcasing the latest high-impact narratives that will educate and energize our customers, partners and sellers. You will partner with other PMMs, PR, digital marketing and other key partner teams. This role will focus on defining the strategy and compete enablement for the field in different segments & channels on a regular basis.

Develop a sales enablement compete plan to drive sales, adoption and retention.

Build cohesion and scale compete efforts through sales and customer success teams.

Inspire and inform external relations with our vision around Copilot.

Nurture the internal sales community and provide the latest information around compete.

Guide cross-functional compete stakeholder teams with best practices and core assets for training.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

5+ years' experience with product marketing and/or sales or equivalent experience??

Robust communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor the content and the delivery to different audiences and formats?

Capacity and comfort to learn new areas and shift priorities as business evolves?

Organized, and relentlessly focused on actionability of insights, and scaling the reach of the insights for others to take action?

Additional or preferred qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Experience identifying growth opportunities, developing, and executing GTM strategy or sales enablement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Established written and verbal data-driven storyteller, that can inform and influence decision marking across senior executives and the broader organization.?

Ability to work in a dynamic environment, across a wide variety of stakeholders and disciplines, earning trust and collaborating with Engineering, Business Planning, Finance, and Marketing partners.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
