nOur newly formed Acute Care & Monitoring business, formally Patient Monitoring and Respiratory Interventions works together with the global healthcare community to solve clinically meaningful problems, with technologies and solutions for blood oxygen management, respiratory compromise, and perioperative complications.
nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Account Executive to join our Acute Care and Monitoring sales team. In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share by promoting our Respiratory & Monitoring Solutions portfolio to key clinical leaders in the ICU, General Care Floors, and Procedural Sedation departments. nA Day in The Life
nThe successful candidate will promote Acute Care and Monitoring (ACM) portfolio to specialists and clinical/technical professionals. He/she will practice effective territory management in terms of planning, organization and administration - along with timely and accurate expense planning and control. In this role, you will:
nActively seek to develop and expand your territory via your management and selling skills. Plan and execute work to achieve or exceed sales targets.
nBe the product expert and provide education and training effectively to all clinical end users and hospital staff for your assigned territory.
nGather market intelligence (product, price, promotion, discount etc.) by observation, discussion, or research, and seek to develop new business opportunities.
nWork individually and as part of the wider team to establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
nEnsure timely follow-up and prompt resolution to customer/patient technical and product issues, including after-hours support when needed.
nMust Have: Minimum Requirements
nBachelor's degree required.
nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience
nNice to Have
nProven sales experience within the healthcare industry, preferred.
nClinical experience or background selling clinically.
nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
nStrong problem-solving skills coupled with having the patience and persistence to follow through.
nHighly organized with good time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
nDriven, self-motivated individual who can work well autonomously.

The majority of time is spent establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing new customer relationships, implementing sales strategies and closing sales.

nRequires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and complete knowledge of company products and services .

nThe base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
