Handyman to have (6) plus years health care related construction experience with significant skills in the following: Finished carpentry, rough carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, HVAC repair/ maintenance and operations, plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring (carpet tile, VCT, ceramic tile), Acrovyn installation, tenant improvements, doors/ hardware, minor equipment repair, masonry, concrete, anchoring, landscaping and irrigation.n

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

n
• High school diploma or GED required
n
• (6) plus years construction experience
n
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and internet software
n
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (read, write, speak)
n
• Flexible schedule and availability to work overtime
n
• Team player with good communication and customer service skills
n

• Must be able to execute a wide and scale of construction projects.

• Attend meetings, trainings, and other work-related events as needed.
