nHandyman to have (6) plus years health care related construction experience with significant skills in the following: Finished carpentry, rough carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, HVAC repair/ maintenance and operations, plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring (carpet tile, VCT, ceramic tile), Acrovyn installation, tenant improvements, doors/ hardware, minor equipment repair, masonry, concrete, anchoring, landscaping and irrigation.n

QUALIFICATIONS
nEducation & Experience
n- n
- High school diploma or GED required n
- (6) plus years construction experience n
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and internet software n
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (read, write, speak) n
- Flexible schedule and availability to work overtime n
- Team player with good communication and customer service skills n
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
nPerforms a combination of the following duties:

- Must be a self-starter, able to effectively analyze and solve repair and maintenance and construction issues. n
- Must be able to execute a wide and scale of construction projects. n
- Must have a commitment to quality work, neat and organized, accomplished efficiently and quickly. n
- Ability to deal with a wide variety of daily tasks often under deadline. n
- Comfortable in our communities. n
- Attend meetings, trainings, and other work-related events as needed. n
- Other duties may be assigned or may be modified as business needs dictate. n
