Systems Engineer

Job Description

The Systems Cloud Engineer position focuses on Cloud, server, storage, and network administration. The role includes support for Windows servers, migrations to virtual and cloud environments, and experience with Dell hardware and ESXi. Required skills include DNS, VPN, firewall, web servers (IIS, Apache, JAVA), and network equipment, along with backup, user account, and security management. Preferred skills include Linux and database support (Oracle, SQL). A Bachelors degree and at least five years of experience in Microsoft Windows server environments are required, emphasizing autonomy, project management, and strong communication skills.

Skills and Requirements

Cloud experience (AWS, Azure) architecting, administration, creating new environments

Exposure to Dell server hardware, ESXi Virtual Environments, VM management, SSL certificates required.

Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and fine tune enterprise networking equipment including clients and servers including patch management

Maintain web servers and operations including daily back up

Systems back-up management, manage user accounts and permissions, manage anti-virus & system monitoring applications

Batchlors degree and at least five years of experience in administering Microsoft Windows server and client/server systems Linux experience is desired.
