Job Description

n

Assists cook in food production. Able to prepare all cold production items as well as assist in hot food production. Able to grill, fry and reheat. Recipe knowledge a must with ability for recipe conversion. Will be responsible for patient and retail food production and or service of food items.

Education And Credentials

n

High School Diploma or equivalent. One year experience in food service institutional setting preferred. Restaurant experience may be accepted with in the same time frame.
