The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring prompt and professional service, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily service operations and manage customer accounts efficiently

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner

  • Track service performance and prepare reports on account status

  • Assist in developing customized service plans for clients

  • Schedule and oversee implementation of service updates or installations
