This role involves significant operations and maintenance responsibilities, including backbone routing, top-of-rack switching, and application delivery controllers, within cloud infrastructures such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. You'll be troubleshooting network issues, participating in an on-call rotation, and utilizing automation for scalable infrastructure management.nKey Responsibilities:nnMaintain and support global cloud network infrastructure, including VPN services and application delivery controllers.nOperate across private and hybrid cloud environments, troubleshooting network issues as necessary.nEngage in 24/7 on-call rotation for urgent operational events and network operations.nLeverage automation tools for efficient infrastructure management, including routine software updates and patching.nCollaborate on operational processes improvement, documentation, and adoption of new network technologies and tools.nnMust-Have Skills:nnExperience with routing/switching, load balancers, and security devices.nFamiliarity with public or hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).nProficiency in automation and scripting tools (e.g., Ansible, Python).nnGiven the requirement to work within a Fed environment, applicants need to be U.S. citizens or green card holders.
