VCA Arboretum View Animal Hospital is a location where our after hours VA/Client Liasson are needed in our ER to facilitate communication between our clients and Doctors.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):

  Assistin surgical procedures, including anesthesiamonitoringand post-op recovery

  n
n
• n

  Perform dental cleanings, charting, and radiographs

  n
n
• n

  Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the DVM

  n
n
• n

  Collect samples and perform in-house laboratory diagnostics

  n
n
• n

  Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments

  n
n
• n

  Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and home care

  n
n
• n

  Maintainaccuratepatient medical records

** ** Requirements:

• n

  Certified Veterinary Technician- CVT, LVT, RVT or recently graduated from a AVMA accredited Technician program.

  Strong background in anesthesia in acute care cases
