The Medical Assistant position plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare and supporting the mission of Kadlec Clinics. In this role, you will be responsible for both administrative and clinical tasks, including maintaining patient records, preparing patients and examination rooms, and assisting physicians during exams. Medical Assistants operate within established guidelines and regulations, ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients.

HOME CLINIC: Opportunities available at various clinics in the Walla Walla Area. We will discuss your preferences and open positions during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Executing clerical tasks, utilizing computer and phone skills
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Utilizing medical terminology effectively
- Performing hands-on clinical tasks
Essential Skills:
- Monitoring vital signs such as pulse and blood pressure
- Updating patient information, including medications and allergies, in medical records
- Conducting medical procedures, including specimen collection and lab testing
This is a combined posting for Associate Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, and Medical Assistant. Applicants will be considered based on qualifications for any of these roles. We encourage anyone with relevant experience to apply.
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus is available for eligible rehires and external candidates who fulfill payment conditions, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that begins on your first day of employment.
Qualifications:
- Associate Medical Assistant: Completion of accredited training or apprenticeship program, military training, or minimum one year of relevant work experience. Certification upon hire in Washington and BLS certification within 30 days are required.
- Certified Medical Assistant: Similar qualifications as above, with additional healthcare experience preferred. National Medical Assistant Certification is an asset.
Salary ranges vary: Associate Medical Assistant ranges from $17.06 to $26.07 per hour, while Certified Medical Assistant ranges from $19.38 to $29.61 per hour.
