How You Will Make An Impact

- Manage and oversee a range of site/civil engineering projects from concept to completion. n
- Lead site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control designs. n
- Prepare stormwater management reports, SWPPPs, and hydrologic/hydraulic analyses. n
- Coordinate plan production, permitting, approvals, and billing processes. n
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, government agencies, and contractors. n
- Train and mentor junior civil designers and interns. n
- Perform QA/QC reviews on engineering plans and technical reports. n
- Drive project profitability through time, team, and resource management. n
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal efforts. n
- Participate in local professional organizations and community service initiatives. n
Are You A Site / Civil Engineering Rock Star?
n- n
- 8+ years of experience in site/civil engineering, with demonstrated growth in leadership roles. n
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline. n
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in Alabama. n
- Expertise in Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software. n
- Strong background in stormwater design and regulatory reporting. n
- Skilled communicator with the ability to lead client meetings and technical discussions. n
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams. n
- Committed to upholding company values, mentoring others, and engaging in the broader community. n
