Job Description

This position is responsible for setup of fryer that supplies predust/breader to product moving down the line. Must be able to run the predust and breader/batter machine or ability to learn. Must be able to adjust machines and mix batter to obtain breading pickup percentage within customer specifications. Keep hoppers full. Must lift 70 lb. bags of breading mix and dump it into one of the three breading containers that lead to the Fryline breading machine.

  • Must be able to use knives and scissors

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
