nWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee manufacturing projects from concept through delivery while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline requirements are met.

Direct multidisciplinary teams throughout complete project cycles, encompassing initial planning, design phases, production, quality testing, and final delivery

Serve as central point of contact between various internal teams and external clients, vendors, and certification agencies

Track project milestones, identify potential issues early, and develop solutions to maintain project momentum
n n - n
Oversee contract modifications, timeline adjustments, and client correspondence throughout project duration
n n - n
Verify adherence to industry regulations, client requirements, and company quality protocols
n n - n
Generate comprehensive technical documentation, manufacturing guidelines, and project status communications
n n - n
Conduct production readiness assessments and post-completion project reviews
n n - n
Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure deliverables meet established standards

Collaborate with sales teams on proposal development and identification of growth opportunities with current clients

Facilitate communication between company and vendor partners regarding project-related matters
n n - n
Contribute to business development activities and client relationship building

Analyze completed projects to identify improvement opportunities and recommend operational enhancements

Participate in internal planning sessions to coordinate resource allocation and provide project updates across departments

Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects

Support various business functions as operational needs arise

Requirements

5+ years of technical project management experience in manufacturing or related industrial sectors

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or equivalent technical education preferred

Demonstrated success managing complex technical projects from conception to completion
n n - n
Strong foundation in mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and materials science
n n - n
Experience with precision machining, assembly operations, and heavy manufacturing preferred
n n - n
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance frameworks
n n - n
Proficiency in technical documentation and engineering communication
n n - n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
n n - n
Superior organizational and communication skills across all levels
n n - n
Proven ability to lead teams and influence outcomes without direct supervisory authority
n n - n
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards

Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as business requirements dictate

Comfort working in both office and production floor environments
